There are a lot of tips that you can learn on how your attitude should be and mode of play in the game of craps. Some of the players tip their dealers. It may sound weird but this is supposed to be a good attitude in the game of craps.
As a player, you should always remember to tip your dealer especially if they really have been good to you. Most dealers call players who tip "George" and the players who do not tip "stiffs. A lot of dealers only receive a minimum wage plus the tips that they receive from the players. A lot of craps dealers usually share the tips that they receive to other dealers. This can make your life as a player harder because you are not sure that the good dealer that you approved of receives most of the money that you give. But good karma dictates a tip is still appropriate.
Although as a player, you want to the good dealer to receive a lot of monetary reward and the bad dealer, less. If Craps dealers share their tips, how can you make sure that your favorite dealer receives most of the money? There is really no clear way. But sometimes, if you are really disappointed in a service of a particular dealer, you can tell other good dealers on how you really feel. Rest assured that the good dealer will immediately remind the "slacker" to change his attitude because if a good player like you will stop tipping, others may soon follow in your footsteps. If that happens, all of them and not only the bad dealers, will be affected so rest assured that your complaint will be immediately heard discreetly without causing any scene.
Do not blame the dealer if you are losing in a particular session because it is not their fault. It is understandable that you will find it hard to give out a tip when you are losing but you should not consider your gambling streak as your basis if you will give a tip or not. You give a tip as a job well done. But a lot of craps players for some reason, do not give out any tips maybe because of ignorance of that particular social grace in craps. But if you are the type of player that usually tips, you will be the center of attention of dealers and you will benefit from their advices greatly.
